The Quad City Bass Fisherman's Club, is based in Davenport, Iowa along the banks of the Mississippi River, was formed in 1963 making it one of the oldest know bass in the country. The club currently boast a membership of over 200 men and women. We annually have 7 club closed tournaments, 2 open tournaments, and 2 his/her tournaments. The club's motto is "Leave Some For Seed" represents the emphasis placed on catch and release at every club tournament. Monthly meetings are held on the last Monday of the month, and the public is invited to attend.

Albany is Sunday July 12 at Albany. Sign up is 4:30-5:00 at the ramp. Due to the new Illinois rule for tournaments in July and August the weigh-in will be 1:00 pm. We will also do the drawing for the raffle for Jon Houdek. There is still time to buy raffle tickets for $5 each. Ralph Albrecht Memorial at Albany, Ralph passed away a couple months ago and was a 53-year member. We are holding the Albany tournament in his honor. We will have extra prizes from the club, and Matt Meyer and K&K have also made a donation for this. Some of Ralph’s family and friends will be there also.
The Tug Open will be on Saturday July 18 at the Albany ramp. You can sign up early by filling out the form on the downloadable section and mailing it to Ron. Sign up is 4:15 - 5:00. Again, due to the new rule the weigh in will be at 1:00 pm, Locking is permitted for the Tug.
1.) K&K Hardware There’s nothing to say except everything you need you can get at K&K. There’s no reason to shop for tackle. Matt either has it or can get it.
2.) Duvall Financial / John Ahlers is also sponsoring. If you are looking to start a 401K or Roth or you can move your existing account to John and he will take care of you in the best way possible.
3.) QC Coverage / Barry Waldron. See Barry for your insurance needs. Barry will be very competitive on his rates and give you great support.

1.) The Sunday take off for 2-day tournaments will go back to reverse order from Saturday.
2.) The H/H, Tug, and the 4 Man are open tournaments and will also count as a qualifier for the Classic. There will be money from each of those tournaments added to the Classic payoff.
3.) It remains at 3 tournaments fished to qualify for the Classic, but of those 3 you must fish at least one regular points tournament and if you use opens to qualify you must also be a paid member to fish the Classic.
Per club rules, in order to fish a tournament, you must be a paid-up member at the time of the monthly meeting prior to the tournament that you wish to fish. Annual membership is only a mere $25 and can be purchased at any monthly membership meeting, or by filling out the form on the downloadable section and mailing to Ron.
The Quad City Bass Club with a membership of over 200 individuals has sponsorship opportunities available for any business or individual looking to expand their advertising at a relatively cheap rate. For a mere $50 yearly, your business card sized ad will be placed in the monthly newsletter which is sent to each and every member and sponsor. For $125 annually your ad will be place in the monthly newsletter and 3 gift cards will be given away in your name to a lucky contestant at the club sponsored tournament. Sponsorship forms can be downloaded from the link located in the folder on the website.
