The Quad City Bass Fisherman's Club, is based in Davenport, Iowa along the banks of the Mississippi River, was formed in 1963 making it one of the oldest know bass in the country. The club currently boast a membership of over 200 men and women. We annually have 7 club closed tournaments, 1 open tournament, and 2 his/her tournaments. The club's motto is "Leave Some For Seed" represents the emphasis placed on catch and release at every club tournament. Monthly meetings are held on the last Monday of the month, and the public is invited to attend.

Sign up will be at the Marina ramp on Saturday morning from 4:30- 5:00. Meeting and takeoff to follow. Saturday weigh in is at 3:00 and Sunday at 1:00.
Bill will also take sign-ups on Friday night. He is staying at the Captains Cove Motel.

1.) June sponsor is 4 Winds Truck Accessories in Eldridge. If you need anything for your truck or vehicle, call them or go out and see them. This includes toppers, tonneau covers, running boards, or anything else you may want. Check with them to see if they have them and go there for quick and excellent service.
2.) June sponsor is Titeline Tackle/ Ryan Beeman. They have a complete supple of fishing tackle. Check their website or you can go to check them out. K&K is a seller of their great tackle.
3.) June sponsor is Grace Marine. They are still in their facilities in LeClaire but are in the process of moving to Davenport on W. 76th Street. They sell Skeeter bass boats and are now the dealer of Lund fishing boats. They recently bought Davenport Boat and all the Lund's are now at Grace. Also check with them for service on your boats.

JUNE HIS/HERS
As of now Jerry says sign up will be taken at Shep’s Bar in Lansing on Friday night from 4:00 – 7:00. The sign-up will also be done at the ramp on Saturday morning at the 5:30 required meeting. Weigh in at 2:00. With the bridge problem Jerry will keep the His and Hers Facebook page updated, or you can check with him for more information.

1.) Classic qualifying for tournaments remains the same. One partner must have 3 fished. The other partner must have at least 2. If you only two the extra amount is changed from $20 to $50.
2.) Culling balls with safety pin type clips are no longer allowed. If you bring a fish to the scale with the puncture type pin you will be given a warning. The second time will result in a 1-pound penalty.
3.) This year we will redraw the blast off position after the first day weigh in. We will record the 2nd day order and then turn in the chips to Fish Committee Chairman for morning pick up.
Per club rules, in order to fish a tournament, you must be a paid-up member at the time of the monthly meeting prior to the tournament that you wish to fish. Annual membership is only a mere $25 and can be purchased at any monthly membership meeting.
The Quad City Bass Club with a membership of over 200 individuals has sponsorship opportunities available for any business or individual looking to expand their advertising at a relatively cheap rate. For a mere$50 yearly, your business card sized ad will be placed in the monthly newsletter which is sent to each and every member and sponsor. For $125 annually your ad will be place in the monthly newsletter AND 3 gift cards will be given away in your name to a lucky contestant at the club sponsored tournament. Sponsorship forms can be downloaded from the link located in the folder on the website.
